The Women of Fairway offer a variety of inspirational programs throughout the year, providing excellent opportunities for meaningful fellowship in a Christian atmosphere. These events are open to all ladies at Fairway, members as well as non-members. We especially encourage inviting friends and neighbors to be a part of the fun.
Monthly Teams
Our monthly events are possible because of the efforts of our monthly teams. Our monthly teams are a way to develop close relationships with your Fairway sisters. Teams offer to nurture care to team members, support and encouragement to new women in the church, and the opportunity to participate in approved church and community service. Women’s Divine Time Friendship Groups
Friendship Groups of 5 – 7 women who meet once a month for fellowship, activities and spiritual growth. Each group nurtures and supports one another when they are celebrating a great event in their lives or when they are dealing with a transition in their life ie, loss, move, health issue. Every quarter one of the friendship groups will plan an event for all the friendship groups to come together and enjoy sharing the things they have done and how the Lord works in their lives. To sign up for a friendship group, please attend a women’s coffee that are held the 1st Wednesday of every month. Signup for the coffee at the kiosk or on the website

Women’s Bible Studies
Fairway Christian Church is a strong Bible-based community and we offer a variety of Bible Study programs, specifically for women and taught by women trained in Fundamental Christian beliefs. This is a strong fellowship that keeps the focus on love, prayer, and God’s guidance through the study of His word. It is open to any woman and we encourage our women to bring friends to study with us. Currently, we offer Precept study classes and a Bible or Christian Book Study. Creative Card Ministry
This ministry provides instruction and supplies to make greeting cards for a variety of occasions. Cards are not only for personal use but also made for many of the Church Ministries and outreach. No experience is required. The ministry meets on the first Thursday of every month from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Learn more.
Prayer Shawl Ministry
These ministry crochets and knits shawls that are given to those who need the loving comfort of prayer due to loss, illness, or personal difficulties. Shawls can be of any style and pattern. The members pray over every shawl that is made They meet on the first and third Tuesdays each month from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in classroom E.
