• The focus of the Men’s Ministry is to bring men to a higher level of involvement in Fairway for the purpose of growing them spiritually and to encourage them to reach other men and disciple them.
• To elevate the involvement of men at FCC to grow as Christians and to strengthen our church to fulfill God’s plan.
• To identify and encourage strong leaders within the men of Fairway to step up and lead us in a spiritual reawakening.
• To encourage men to get involved in their own spiritual growth and to connect and encourage other men by programs of involvement – including fellowship and educational activities to promote spiritual growth and feeling of brotherhood
